Instructions
Preheat oven to 350° F. Combine oats with all other ingredients in a large bowl; mix well.
Spread mixture into 8 x 8-inch baking pan. Pat down firmly into baking pan
Bake for 20 to 22 minutes, or until firm. Cut into 18 bars.
