In shallow dish, place flour. In another shallow dish, beat egg. In third shallow dish, mix almond flour, nutritional yeast, paprika and garlic salt . Dip chicken into egg mixture; then coat with flour mixture. Place in air-fryer.
Turn air-fryer on 375 degrees for 7 minutes.

Anytime I cook anything in the air-fryer I like to shake or flip whatever I may be cooking. This helps to make sure things do not burn and are cooked evenly.We try to stay away from dairy as much as possible so I create a lot of meals with nutritional yeast. If you do not have any issue with dairy, this recipe is just as good using grated parmesan.
