Add oil and onion to pot. Saute, stirring continually, for 1 minute. Add garlic saute for 1 minute. Add rice, broth, salsa, and spices to the pot. Lock on the lid and set on pressure cook for 8 minutes. Make sure to lock gasket to hold in steam. After 8 minutes, manually release the steam and stir. Top with chopped cilantro.
Notes
Make sure not to let your garlic burn or it will become bitter. You can replace the onion and garlic with onion powder and garlic powder, if needed.
