Ingredients

eggs

unsweetened almond milk

cooked sausage crumbles

red pepper
diced

onion powder

garlic powder

thyme
fresh or dried

nutritional yeast
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
Beat eggs together in a large bowl. Add all remaining ingredients and mix well.
Grease a casserole dish and pour mixture into dish.
Bake casserole for 25 minutes in preheated oven (the center will no longer be jiggly).
Notes
This dish can be stored in freezer bags or in a
vacuum-sealed bags
. Freeze for up to 6 months or refrigerate for 7 days.
