Easy Breakfast Casserole with sausage

Ingredients

  • 12 eggs
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 cup cooked sausage crumbles
  • 1/2 cup red pepper diced
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp thyme fresh or dried
  • 1 tsp nutritional yeast
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Beat eggs together in a large bowl. Add all remaining ingredients and mix well.
  • Grease a casserole dish and pour mixture into dish.
  • Bake casserole for 25 minutes in preheated oven (the center will no longer be jiggly).

Notes

This dish can be stored in freezer bags or in a vacuum-sealed bags. Freeze for up to 6 months or refrigerate for 7 days.
