Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a small bowl, mix together, garlic, lemon juice, stone ground mustard, olive oil, ghee, salt and pepper. Cover your baking sheet with parchment paper and lay salmon in the middle. Reserve some of the marinade for the beans. Coat top of salmon with the mixture and toss your beans in the remaining reserved marinade and place the beans on each side of the salmon. Cook salmon for 20 minutes and broil for 3-4 minutes to create a crunchy skin.
