Ingredients

  • 1 C Rolled Oats
  • 3/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 C Maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp Sea Salt
  • 2 Tbsp Coconut oil
  • 2/3 C Dried Cranberries
  • 2/3 C Pumpkin seeds
  • 2 Tbsp Ground Flaxseed

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350° F. Combine oats with all other ingredients in a large bowl; mix well.
    Spread mixture into 8 x 8-inch baking pan. Pat down firmly into baking pan
    Bake for 20 to 22 minutes, or until firm. Cut into 18 bars.
