Simple Drop Biscuits

- Cast Iron Skillet
Ingredients
- 1 C Organic White Bread Flour
- 1 Tbsp Baking Powder
- 1/4 tsp Sea Salt, fine
- 1 Stick unsalted butter
- 1 C Buttermilk
Instructions
- Mix the flour, baking powder, and salt together. Slick cold butter in small chucks and add to flour mixture. Add your buttermilk and stir with a spatula until roughly combined.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Butter your cast iron and let heat for 10 minutes in the oven
- Form small sections into loose balls and place in cast iron.
- Place your skillet in the oven and bake for 18-20 minutes
