Blueberry Cinnamon Spiced Muffins
The perfect muffin for the morning.
Ingredients
- 2 cups almond flour
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 4 tbsp raw honey
- 2 eggs
- 2 egg whites
- 1/4 cup unsweetened apple sauce
- 2 tbsp coconut oil melted
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 cup blueberries
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients together except for cinnamon and blueberries. Place muffin batter in a 12-cup muffin pan and sprinkle the cinnamon on top adding 3 to 4 berries to the top of each muffin. Bake for 25 minutes.
