These crunchy baked kale chips are delicious and the perfect on-the-go snack.

Ingredients
Scale
1 bunch organic kale
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 tsp sea salt (course)
1 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp red chili flakes
Instructions
Wash kale and remove from the stem. Allow to sit until completely dry. Lay a piece of parchment paper on a cookie sheet and spread out the kale pieces. Place the coconut oil in your hands and gently massage the kale until it is lightly coated. Next add all of your spices.
Place your oven on 170 degrees. Allow the kale to bake for 1 hour or until crunchy. Make sure to flip half way through.
Notes
Make sure kale is completely dry before placing on the cookies sheet. Damp kale leads to mushy kale.
