Air-Fried Chicken Tenders

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. organic chicken tenders
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 tablespoon garlic salt
  • 1/2 tablespoon paprika
  • 1/2 tablespoon nutritional yeast substitute grated parmesan
  • salt
  • 2 eggs

Instructions

  • In shallow dish, place flour. In another shallow dish, beat egg. In third shallow dish, mix almond flour, nutritional yeast, paprika and garlic salt . Dip chicken into egg mixture; then coat with flour mixture. Place in air-fryer. Turn on 375 degrees for 20 minutes. Temperature should be 160 degrees or higher
