Homemade Cough Remedy

This is a must-try remedy to help sooth the throat and help reduce that nasty cough that comes with the change of seasons.

Ingredients

Scale

2 lemons

2 Tbsp grated ginger

Raw Honey, enough to fill the empty space

Instructions

  1. Chop or slice the lemons into small pieces. Remove all seeds.
  2. Fill the mason jar, wide lid with the lemon pieces.
  3. Add the grated ginger.
  4. Fill the remaining space with honey. Refrigerate at least 24 hours before using
