Air-Fried Chicken Tenders

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. organic chicken tenders
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 tablespoon garlic salt
- 1/2 tablespoon paprika
- 1/2 tablespoon nutritional yeast (substitute grated parmesan)
- salt
- 2 eggs
Instructions
- In shallow dish, place flour. In another shallow dish, beat egg. In third shallow dish, mix almond flour, nutritional yeast, paprika and garlic salt . Dip chicken into egg mixture; then coat with flour mixture. Place in air-fryer. Turn on 375 degrees for 20 minutes. Temperature should be 160 degrees or higher
